Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Chant Chalisa App on any device, you confirm that you are at least 4 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Use of the App

Chant Chalisa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial spiritual practice.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices within the App.
• Use the App to distribute spam, malware, or any other harmful content.

Intellectual Property

The Chant Chalisa App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, user interface, and original content (excluding the Hanuman Chalisa text which is a public-domain devotional work), is the intellectual property of Chant Chalisa and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The Chant Chalisa name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Chant Chalisa. You may not use these without our prior written consent.

Spiritual & Religious Content

Chant Chalisa is a devotional tool designed to support your personal spiritual practice. The App provides access to the Hanuman Chalisa text, recitations, and related spiritual information.

We respect all religious traditions and communities. Content within the App is presented with reverence and care for the Hindu devotional tradition.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The results obtained from use of the App will be accurate, reliable, or complete.
• Any errors in the App will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chant Chalisa and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and any data stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful content transmitted through the App by any third party.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve (12) months for the App (which, if the App is free, is zero).

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

In summary, we collect minimal data, store your preferences locally on your device, and do not sell your information to any third party.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

We may release updates to the App from time to time. Depending on your device settings, updates may be automatically installed. You agree that these Terms will apply to any updated version of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.

If you are accessing the App from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws as applicable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chant Chalisa regarding use of the App, and supersede any prior agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
